Teresa Giudice is NOT happy with her former lawyer!
The reality star, who is set to serve a 15-month sentence for fraud starting in January, is suing her lawyer for malpractice to the tune of $5 million dollars.

Wow, that’s A LOT of money!
Tre claims the lawyer failed to do his job, like meeting with her prior to completing bankruptcy docs and failing to mention key assets like her cars, her rental property income, and various bank accounts.
Well, if Giudice’s claims are in fact true, we think she has a pretty strong case!
According to sources, the 42-year-old believes it’s the lawyer’s fault she’s going to jail.
Hmm, we’re not sure the lawyer is ENTIRELY to blame for her jail sentence!
Guess we’ll have to wait and see how this plays out!
