A bench warrant went out this week for the arrest of Terrell Owens for failing to appear at a hearing regarding past-due child support.
On Tuesday, T.O. was a no-show at the hearing asked for by Monique Reynolds, who insists the football star owes her thousands of dollars in unpaid child support. It’s not a secret that Terrell has his own financial worries to worry about, but the judge on the case did not see that as an excuse for missing the hearing all together. The judge denied T.O.’s petition to the court to lower his payments and as he didn’t show, the warrant went out for his arrest.
However, shortly after the news went public, his rep insisted that:
“The warrant is currently being taken care of.”
In other words, he’s buying his way out of jail now.
But this won’t be the last of this case, we’re sure of that!
