Wow, Terrell Owens just can not climb back up anything!
He’s just been released by the Allen Wranglers… and lost his ownership stake in the Indoor Football League team.
Why?
Because he’s a flake! (And people think he’s super cocky.)
They say he didn’t plan to play in two upcoming road games with possible playoff implications.
Beyond that, though, he was a no-show for a scheduled appearance at a local children’s hospital with other players and coaches. We feel like that’s even worse!
They’re referring to it as a, “lack of effort both on and off the field.”
It’s one thing to be done with what you’re doing, T.O., and it’s another thing to not be responsible!
Grow up!
UPDATE:
We’re hearing from a different source that it was all about money, NOT that T.O. was being unprofessional… We’re not really convinced, though!
An ex-coach (who best for information than someone who was let go??) is saying that budget cuts are being made all around, and that the higher ups were embarrassed that they signed T.O. for more than they could afford, so they’re giving different reasons.
Either way — T.O. is out no matter how you look at it.
