We would NOT want to mess with Terrence Howard after hearing this!
On August 31, the Oscar-nominated actor left a voicemail for a stranger threatening the person’s life (above).
Terrence THOUGHT the stranger was harassing his wife, but as it turns out, all the drama was based on a prank call that was inadvertently sent to his wife, which was ACTUALLY meant for Terrence.
One September 7, Terrence left a second voicemail, in which he apologized for his violent words.
He ALSO sent the following text message to the prank caller:
“My wife told me that she was receiving obscene text from you and that she was being harassed. Therefore I responded with the protective nature that a husband has for his wife.”
“Forgive me for the anger, but as you are watching over your girl friend, I too am devoted to my love.”
While we can understand Terrence’s desire to keep his wife safe, threatening violence in retaliation was NOT the right answer. He should have contacted the proper authorities and dealt with the situation THAT way!
Also, when did these two get back together? Last we heard, Terrence and his wife were dunzo!
