Terrence Howard's Ex-Wife Is Suing Him For Assault, Emotional Distress, & Defamation Over That Alleged Attack Two Years Ago!

Terrence Howard isn’t done with Michelle Ghent — but we’re not talking about a rekindled romance! The Empire star is being sued by his ex-wife over an alleged assault from two years ago!
Back in 2013, the 46-year-old and his former flame took a reunion trip to Costa Rica, where Michelle claims her ex punched her in the face, choked her, and threatened to kill her! Woah!
At the time, she walked away with a temporary restraining order, but now she says that’s not enough.
She has filed a lawsuit against Terrence for assualt, defamation, and two different types of emotional distress — both negligent and intentional.
Some of the stuff in the legal docs sounds pretty serious, especially the part that mentioned the actor’s son, Billy, had to intervene to get his father away from Michelle:

“While Billy tried to pry Defendant’s hands from Plaintiff’s neck, Defendant whispered to Plaintiff, ‘Remember what I told you in Bora Bora? That is what I’m gonna do,’ referring to a prior instance where Defendant told Plaintiff that her body would never leave the island. Plaintiff interpreted the reference to mean that Defendant was going to kill her.”

What the what?!
