Tess Holliday, the creator of the viral hashtag #effyourstandards, just inked a deal with a major modeling agency in London!
And while plus-size models are slowly starting to break ground in the fashion industry, Tess is the first model of her size and height to ever get a contract like this!

We couldn’t be happier! Especially since the 29-year-old is still working to bust stereotypes with her #effyourstandards movement, which is essentially how she was scouted by MiLK Management.
Anna Shillinglaw, the owner and creative director, spotted Tessa on Instagram, divulging:
“I think we’re the only agency with a model of her size. She is by far the largest model I have in the (Curves) division…I started following her, and saw how many followers she had ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ more than most models. She’s such an important role model for so many women.”
Hopefully this means more men and women can follow in her footsteps!
