How could you Jillian Michaels?! For shame!

A class action suit has been filed against The Biggest Loser trainer at the L.A. County Superior Court. The files say that her dietary supplement, Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control, is “worthless” and a terrible “deception” to the American public.

The lawsuit asks for an injunction to prohibit the sale of the product, plus damages. (of course)

Poor Jillian Michaels! Guess she’ll just have to stick to peddling other company’s crappy diet products during the sponsorship segments of the Biggest Loser.
