Lawyer up, Trump Inc.!
This morning, a group of seven idiots individuals joined forces against Donald Trump and his company to sue them for the sum of $10 million. The lawsuit accuses the Donald, his son Donald Trump Jr. and daughter, Ivanka Trump, of “duping” these people out of money to build an oceanfront resort that has never come to be.
The court documents allege that these people were led to believe they were signing on to be “financial backers of the project, known as the ‘Trump Ocean Resort Baja'” located in northern Baja California, Mexico.
But this supposed $200 million dollar project, that boasted it would have 526 suites, a spa, restaurants and more “failed” according to the folks who filtered money to Trump. In fact, the project never even got off the ground. No building permits were ever filed, not construction loans were ever looked into. To these individuals, Trump simply took their money and ran. Now, they want it back!
That’s a pretty douche move on your part, Donald. You’ve got more than enough money to build your own stoopid resort with no one’s help!
Shame! Shame! Shame!
