Although she settled her lawsuit with the Miss California pageant, Carrie Prejean‘s legal team are ready to sue for revealing deets about her alleged sex tape, which would be considered breach of contract.
“In my 26 years of practice I have never dealt with a situation like this,” said her attorney, Charles Limandri. “It seems as if someone has acted in an unethical and unlawful manner by even raising this issue. We are weighing our options and if this is a breach of contract we are considering suing for punitive damages.”
Could she be milking this drama to promote her book that’s to be released next week?! We wouldn’t put it past her to be leaking this info herself!
