The Heat Is On Patricia - Actress Sued!

Patricia Heaton is not feeling the kind of love former co-star Ray Romano once felt. In fact, she is feeling quite the opposite.
The actress was served with a lawsuit from her former personal assistant claiming that Patricia fired her and then stiffed her some pay.
The young mother, Jennifer Lee, claims that she was fired because she couldn’t maintain the hectic work schedule that was constantly sporadic and over demanding and that Patricia did not adequately pay for.
Now, Jennifer is looking for $7,425 in unpaid wages, as well as her overtime and additional expenses paid.
Fair is fair though. If she really did work the hours, Patricia should cough up.
Jennifer’s lawsuit added, “If the rich and famous wish to employ individuals to cater to their every need, they must also refrain from violating California’s wage and hour laws.”
Wise words! That’s why most celebs have attorneys to keep everything in check.
Patricia, time to hire better assistants and better attorneys.
