The Hobbit Is 2013's BIGGEST Blockbuster!

Srsly though, Peter Jackson has set a super high standers for 2013’s ticket sales!
His precious The Hobbit KILLED at the box office New Year’s Day raking in $9.5 million! That’s in ONE DAY y’all!
Despite seriously tough competition from Christmas releases, Django Unchained and Les Miserables — Bilbo and his magical pals have held on to the top box office spot since the flick’s Dec. 14th debt.
Altogether the movie has grossed an estimated $238.1 million to date domestically, aaaaand more than $470 million overseas.
Um… THAT’S INSANE!
Not The Avenger‘s in$ane, but pretty damn close!
