Whether you’re an A-lister or a Z-lister, it seems like the latest trend in the celeb world is pimping out your kids, especially your newborns.
The most recent was Jamie Lynn Spears whoring out photos with her baby, Maddie Briann, for cash.
We highly doubt, however, that she’ll be like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and donate that money to charity.
Jamie Lynn got paid a reported $1 million.
Now, the latest celeb set to cash in on the baby photo covers is said to be Matthew McConaughey.
Reports are that McConaughey was shopping around for the highest bidder, despite the advice of his publicist who suggested otherwise.
But McConaughey did it, and according to reports, was able to secure $3 million from OK! magazine for the exclusive photos of Levi Alves McConaughey who was born this Monday.
An insider says, “His publicist, Alan Nierob, begged him not to work with [OK!] because he’s considered an A-lister. But Matthew hired money man Todd Shemarya, who brokered the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie $4 million People deal.”
His publicist is denying ever having any conversation about the matter with McConaughey.
We’re not sure who to believe, but we’re betting no one was against Matthew getting an easy $3 million.
