Don’t shed any tears just yet! The show hasn’t been canceled…
But it will be off the air sooner than you think. Temporarily, that is.
Even though Fox gave the new freshman series The New Girl a full-season pick-up, it’ll be off the air for a while to make room for The X Factor episodes and MLB playoffs/World Series coverage.
So, beginning this week, the show has been bumped (meaning no new ep on Wednesday) and you’ll have to wait until Tuesday November 1 to see the next first episode. Heartbreaking, we know. But perhaps, absence will make the grow fonder and you’ll be even more excited to watch it when it comes back.
Fox must reeeally have faith in this show. ‘Til then, you’ll have all the X Factor/baseball stuff covered.
