The Other Driver's In Trouble!

Finally, someone got cited in the much talked about crash involving Shia LaBeouf and some chick Adrian Grenier was dating.

The owner of the car that crashed with LaBeouf and the girl has been cited.

It all happened when the other car failed to stop at a red light.

The accident caused the drunk LaBeouf to flip over his truck in West Hollywood.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the car is owned by 21 year-old Simon Herbert.

Thankfully everyone made it out alive.
