The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Ngatikaura got a “mommy makeover!”
During the first season of the Hulu show, the content creator revealed to all her fellow members of MomTok (minus Whitney Leavitt) during a party that she was getting a labiaplasty. And the bash wasn’t just to make the big surgery announcement! She also asked her friends to draw what their “perfect vagina looks like” to help give her some inspiration for her own! Seriously!!
Jessi said:
“The reason we’re going to do this is because on Monday, I’m getting a labiaplasty and they’re cutting it all off, tightening it back up. I’m getting a mommy makeover.”
For those who have no idea what a labiaplasty is, don’t worry! We got you! According to the Cleveland Clinic, a labiaplasty is “usually done to reduce the size of your labia minora — skin folds that surround your urethra and vagina.” The social media personality also explained the whole process in a confessional, saying:
“A labiaplasty basically takes the inside of your vagina, the material that’s a little more sensitive, and tucks it up inside. Pregnancy kind of pushes it out and mine decided to stay there. And now after having two kids, even though physically I look back to normal, there are things that will never be the same. I’ve gotten my boobs done three times and now I’m getting my cookie redone.”

Jessi went on to share with her pals that she “can’t wear yoga pants” anymore because her “meat curtains, they just hang low.”
Um… Jeez!!
And it’s not just how it looks down there that bothers her. Overall, she feels “uncomfortable.” So, she is heading to the plastic surgeon and “cutting off that extra meat” so her “lips are nice and perfect again.”
Well, OK! Good for her if it makes her happy and more comfortable with her body in the long run! And BTW, it turns out that she didn’t just get a labiaplasty! Later, Jennifer Affleck, Layla Taylor, and Demi Engemann visited Jessi while recovering from surgery at her house. She not only got her “cookie redone,” as she said, but also a breast implant reduction! Whoa! Jessi shared:
“I have never gotten two surgeries on the same day, but I figured I might as well do a two-in-one so I only have to go under anesthesia once. I did my boobs and my labiaplasty at the same time. The recovery might be a little bit rough, but I’m just excited to get it over with and only have to recover once.”
We mean, it makes sense in that regard! Why put yourself through the stress, pain, and recovery time twice? From there, Jessi got up to show the women the results of her procedure! Which, uh, yeah, she flashed everything down there to her three friends as she said:
“So it’s swollen but… They said right now it should look like hot dog buns, which it does, but it’s gonna be tight. Before all of this stuff was hanging down, all the time.”
OMG!!! As for their reactions, Jennifer looked shocked at the results, while Layla could not help but point out how “it looks so good!” Well, it sounds like Jessi got the stamp of approval from her girls! Watch more of her plastic surgery journey (below):
