After going back and fourth quite a bit, The Situation has backed out of his appearance at Hammond’s new AquaVor nightclub grand opening party in Indiana!
Here’s what AquaVor general manager Phil Pardus had to say about it:
“Last minute update, unbelievable as it my seem, but Mike ‘The Situation’ has backed out of his appearance.”
“I just found out. He apparently refuses to follow through with the contract requirements. He refuses to meet and greet guests, speak to anyone, allow photos or video to be taken of him, allow photos or video to be taken in the nightclub while he is present, or allow any of our liquor sponsors to provide complimentary drinks. He also refuses to provide photos for our use in advertising. DJ Lady Tribe will still perform NYE. When I get new pricing and specials I’ll update.”
We’re bummed to hear it, but we can assure U that Perez will DEFINITELY be there on the 30th, for AquaVor’s pre-New Year’s Eve Party!

UPDATE: We’re now being told that The Situation WILL be attending AquaVor’s NYE party.
