Round 2 of the battle between The View and The Talk has begun!
This feud got started last month when Sharon Osbourne spoke her mind maybe a little too much and told Barbara Walters and her gang to “f*ck themselves!”
Now, Sharon and Talk co-host Julie Chen are going after Jenny McCarthy!
This morning on Howard Stern’s satellite radio show, they were asked if The View made a mistake by bringing J. Mack in as a co-host. And Ms. Chen didn’t hold anything back, saying point-blank that indeed, the show shouldn’t have hired her!
Julie explained:
“What made The View so popular and so good was that you had 5 different women from different walks of life discussing politics. When Joy left and when Elisabeth left and they got Jenny in, they tried to lighten the mood at the table. The View doesn├óΓé¼Γäót know what it is now. No one wants to hear Jenny McCarthy talk about the New York mayoral race or politics.├óΓé¼┬¥
Oh. Em. Jeeze!!! Them fightin’ words, right there!
Sharon chimed in, saying:
“They knew what their path was. You knew what to expect. You watched it for their different opinions. And now it├óΓé¼Γäós kind of all over the place.├óΓé¼┬¥
These controversial comments are certainly helping The Talk in the ratings war though! Julie told Howard that she and her ladies are now only 35,000 viewers away from overtaking The View, and their audience is growing more and more!
Sharon shared her thoughts on overtaking her competitors, admitting:
“I would be honest to say we├óΓé¼Γäóre going to wipe the floor with them.”

Well, we’re going to take a little time to enjoy all this honesty! But we can’t wait for Round 3!
