There's No Place Like The Movies

Recapture the glory days of film by getting to see an American classic on the big screen, as it should be seen, bitches!

To celebrate its 70th anniversary, select theaters will be showing a special screening of The Wizard of Oz, for the first time in Hi-Definition.

The event will take place nationwide in over 440 movie theaters for one night only on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00 p.m. The presentation will include an exclusive clip of the Scarecrow, Ray Bolger, dancing in High-definition for the very first time as well as special introduction by Robert Osborne, a classic film historian and host of Turner Classic Movies.

There will also be a showing of ├óΓé¼┼ôTo Oz! The Making of a Classic,├óΓé¼┬¥ which will take an in-depth look into how the classic novel was transformed into one of the most famous films of all time and will include “archival interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and rare musical outtakes.”
