Kevin Connolly decided he wasn’t happy just standing in front of the cameras for Entourage playing Eric Murphy. He asked his producers if he could direct an episode for the upcoming season and the answer was a resounding yes.
BIG mistake!
Kevin started shooting this week and already, we’re hearing from sources that Kevin is working everyone from the crew to the cast to the bone!
Mr. Director allegedly kept the cast up late, making them re-shoot several scenes, even though everyone thought the first few takes were great, explaining that he was an “extreme perfectionist.”
Sources claim that the cast started to get restless and “annoyed” by the long hours, with Adrian Grenier reportedly forgetting his lines time and again because of the stress. This caused quite a bit of tension between Adrian and Kevin.
We think someone was trying just a bit too hard on their first time out of the gate! Ease up, Kev! Or they will never let you direct again!
