Holy shiz!
Maybe we unfairly associate him too closely with his role on Criminal Minds, but this is VERY unexpected!
AND not good at all!
Thomas Gibson, who is also well-known for being the second part of Dharma & Greg, was busted early this morning for a suspected DUI!
According to law enforcement sources, the actor was driving in downtown El Lay around 1am when he ignored that his intended route had been blocked off for a half marathon that had taken place earlier in the day, and he continued cruising on until he was eventually pulled over!
That’s when officers noticed that he reeked of booze and attempted to administer a breathalyzer test…which he refused!
Therefore, he was arrested on the suspicion of a misdemeanor DUI and booked with a bail of $15,000!
OUCH!
But hey!
It doesn’t take an FBI profiler – or even an actor who has PLAYED ONE ON TV FOR SEVEN YEARS – to know better than to blatantly choose to break the law after knocking back a few drankz!

We hope you take this as a lesson learned the hard way and refrain from making similar poor choices in the future!
