Ticketma$ter Screws Miley Fans!

Arguably one of the worst companies in America, Ticketmaster, effed up again!

The ticket seller screwed up on Monday when it posted the wrong seating chart for Miley Cyrus’ concert at Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum, which caused fans to pay big money for lame seats.

Members of her fan club paid $30 for a password and received a 12-hour head start to get the best seats.

What a waste!

The worse part is that Ticketmaster will not acknowledge their mistake or refund any money. All they did was post the correct seating chart three hours later.

Since the tickets are paperless, fans cannot even resell them.

Even the marketing director for Nassau Coliseum, Adam Ellis, said “an apology is in order” for those who bought tickets in misleading locations.

Ticketmaster has not commented on this issue. The “company” is probably still busy dealing with their other issues.

They should be ashamed!!!

Ticketmaster needs to reimburse some mayjah allowance money!!!!

UPDATE: Finally, an official update from Ticketmaster. The company says:

“Some fans who purchased the best available floor tickets to Miley Cyrus’s upcoming Nassau Coliseum concerts during Monday’s fanclub presale may have viewed a seating map that was updated later that day. The system did provide the best tickets available to all buyers at their time of purchase, however if any consumer is unhappy with their floor seats in sections A2, B2, and C2 because of the seating map change, they may obtain a refund by calling Ticketmaster’s customer service at 1-800-745-3000.”
