Sergio Garcia has some SERIOUS explaining to do!!
The spanish golfer has been taking a TON of heat lately after he joked that he would serve fried chicken for Tiger Woods if he had him over for dinner!
Well Sergio tried to clear the air and issued an apology saying:
“I apologise for any offence that may have been caused by my comment on stage during The European Tour Players├óΓé¼Γäó Awards dinner. I answered a question that was clearly made towards me as a joke with a silly remark, but in no way was the comment meant in a racist manner.”
Great! So it’s all water under the bridge now, right?? WRONG!
A certain someone by the name of Samuel L. Jackson heard about the news, and apparently he was NOT impressed with the apology!
The actor took to Twitter to share his thoughts, saying:
Uh-oh! Sounds like he should start working on a second draft of that apology!
We’re not sure if Sergio has seen Sam’s golf swing before, but he might want to watch his back if they ever end up on the same course! LOLz!
