Dr. Anthony Galea has formally been charged by Canadian authorities for selling the illegal drug Actovegin, conspiracy to import an unapproved drug, conspiracy to export a drug and smuggling goods into Canada.
As you may recall, the Canadian sports doctor has treated hundreds of professional athletes including Tiger Woods, who has just been named Adulterer Athlete of the Decade.
Now the doc and Woods have something in common.
