This HAS to happen!!!!!!!
Waaaay back in September ’10, we heard that Warner Bros was in the early stages of producing a new live-action version of Pinocchio.
Now, we’re hearing that Tim Burton is VERY interested in directing the film, and he wants Robert Downey Jr. to play Geppetto, the “woodcarver who creates the puppet who dreams of becoming a real boy.”
We’re also THRILLED to hear that RDJ has reportedly “expressed serious interest in the project.”
Hopefully they’ll get all this solidified very soon! We are SO intrigued!
Do U think that Tim Burton and RDJ would make a good Pinocchio team???
