Uh oh! This isn’t good.
In case you didn’t know, Kimora Lee‘s husband — Tim Leissner — was formerly the chairman of Goldman Sachs‘ operations in Southeast Asia. He recently took a leave of absence and relocated to Los Angeles.

However, a former business deal is coming back to haunt the 45-year-old!
Before his departure, the banker helped set up a Malaysian state fund called 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), where his company received hefty commissions from bond sales.
Well it turns out $681 million from that fund somehow got deposited in the bank account of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak.
The FBI is currently launching an investigation as to whether Goldman conducted a money laundering scheme spanning five countries. There may even be a Congressional hearing.
Leissner has worked at the company for over 18 years, and is one of the highest-paid people there.
We hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law.
