Tim McGraw's Slap Victim Has Slapped The Country Star Back! With A Potential Lawsuit!

Uh oh!
Tim McGraw got into a bit of hot water recently when he slapped a woman at a concert at Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta earlier this month.
Tim claims the woman was trying to grab his “junk” and also attempted to rip off his jeans! Police were called in to investigate the matter, and they apparently are siding with the country star.
But the fan Jesslyn Taylor has hired a Georgia based personal injury attorney named Eric Hertz and he says his client was not doing anything that Tim claims she did!
Mr. Hertz attests that his client was only at fault for being an overly enthusiastic fan in a “interactive environment.”
The personal injury lawsuit has not been filed YET Mr. Hertz has contacted Tim McGraw’s legal team to discuss the matter.
Which means this thing is either heading to court or it could potentially be settled without all of that.
One thing that IS clear is that the slapped up fan definitely wants an apology from Tim McGraw who she believes has humiliated her with the comments he’s made about her.
Depending on how good that potential apology is will probably decide whether Jesslyn Taylor follows through with the personal injury lawsuit. If she DOES keep the lawsuit going – we can all be sure of what she’ll want.
