The Shawshank Redemption star held his own on the Manhattan court against guys half his age. Impressive!
Playing sports you love or enjoying other physical activities outside is one of the best ways to stay in shape. Sometimes it’s just more fun to ditch the treadmill and pick up a hockey stick.
