Poor Tim Robbins.
He’s just trying to make sense of things after his split with long-time companion and mother of his children, Susan Sarandon.
The 51-year-old actor has recently admitted to having a midlife crisis, saying, “I think we all go through something, it’s inevitable. It’s when you pass 40, inherently we double our age when we think about life. You start thinking about how many years you’ve got left. ‘What the hell am I doing here?’ I asked myself, ‘What is it that will make you happy? What is it you have not done that you will regret not doing?’ ”
Apparently, it was recording an album.
Which he did and thought about calling The Midlife Crisis Album, but added “that’s not going to sell any copies. Then I thought, ‘How about Songs of Love and Misery‘?”
Wow, sounds like he’s been through some tough times.
When asked whether or not he thinks he’ll find love again, the actor replied, “Let’s hope it’s out there.”
For your sake, Tim, we hope so too.
