A tiny baby mouse deer was born at the Berlin Zoo on Valentines Day!
No. We’re not kidding!
These super shy animals can fit into the palm of a adult human’s hand, and are one of the smallest hoofed mammals in the world!
Even those these rare animals offer no food whatsoever – they are hunted in its native home in Southeast Asia.
But during its care in the zoo – the mouse deer should live a life of 10-12 years.
