Tisha Campbell-Martin & Her Husband Accused Of Hiding TONS Of Money In Their $15 Million Bankruptcy Filing!

Tisha Campbell Martin and Duane Martin
Things just got way more complicated.
Earlier this week we told you Tisha Campbell-Martin and her husband Duane Martin filed for bankruptcy for being nearly $15 million dollars in debt and only having $313,000 total in assets. As of their January filing, they claimed to have $200 in cash and $173 in a Credit Union.
As if that weren’t bad enough, the couple is now being slapped with a federal lawsuit saying they attempted to hide large amounts of money and income from the bankruptcy trustee.
According to DailyMail, Tisha and Duane tried to keep over $200,000 in payments from her role on the ABC show Dr. Ken out of sight. TCM is reportedly paid about $45,000 per episode.
Obviously this is a major no-no in bankruptcy law — as debtors are required to list ALL assets and liabilities under penalty of perjury. Yikes.

According to the lawsuit, the trustee says the Martin’s created another company named Won Hundred as a vehicle for hiding the income made from the TV series — despite already having a company called XE Visions that does exactly the same thing.
The lawsuit says Tisha should be paid under XE Visions (not Won Hundred) since that’s the company the Dr. Ken show officially has a contract with.
Additionally, the trustee alleges that Tisha’s talent agency is holding money in the amount of $185,000 on the actress’ behalf for an unknown reason…
The trustee is demanding a permanent injunction keeping the Martin’s from touching the money in the Won Hundred or XE accounts until this is all figured out. He is also seeking damages for their actions.
Woof.
Tisha and Duane have not yet responded to these allegations, but the judge did grant the trustee full control over the companies until the case is decided.
Wow!
