Pretty sure we all learned that in kindergarten!
But Tito Ortiz wasn’t listening and got a DUI around 4am on Monday morning.
The 38-year-old MMA fighter’s 2012 Porsche Panamera crashed into a concrete median on the 405 freeway, and he had two passengers.
When the cops arrived, Tito blew a .12 on his sobriety test — WELL over Cali├óΓé¼Γäós .08 limit — so he was arrested with a $15,000 bond.
So what was he doing that led him to such horrible judgement?!
Mr. Ortiz was partying it up at the Playboy Mansion for a BCS football party… which is still no excuse for drunk driving!
At 8:14am, Tito was released on his own recognizance.
Whoever he called to take him home — since his car was smashed — was probably who he should have phoned to take him home in the first place.
Hopefully he learned his lesson.
