TLC was NOT waiting for anyone!
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo has apparently run its course as it’s been reported that the show’s home network has just pulled the axe on the show! All of this comes after Mama June became entangled in reports that she was dating a convicted child molester named Mark McDaniel.

However, despite Mama June’s denials that anything was going down, a photo of her and Mark in a hotel room kind of made TLC NOT believe the matriarch, and they cancelled it due to ongoing concerns about the well being of Mama June’s family!
As for the new season’s worth of episodes that was coming up? Those will ALL reportedly not air, so this is a major decision that has major implications!
Especially for many folks over at TLC and their wallets, but again — family comes first.
Here’s what the network said:
“TLC has cancelled the series HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO and ended all activities around the series, effective immediately. Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children’s ongoing comfort and well-being.”
TLC will also pay for the children’s tutors and counselors for the kids!
And it really does seem like the kids here are what this decision ultimately comes down to, which is a welcome thing to see — sometimes show business isn’t as caring. We just hope they’re right about the allegations, because if Mama June is telling the truth, well, the family just lost a whole lot.
