So scary!
But at least it all ended well!
Colin Lambert recently gave his family quite a scare when he crawled into a claw toy vending machine in Maryville, Tennessee this past Tuesday.
Especially since the little one is only 18 months old! And didn’t really know what he was doing!
Oh, and at first his grandmother was loving watching her grandson smile!
Here’s what Diane O’Neill said:
“As long as he was okay, it was funny. He thought it was fun, like, ‘Look what I can do. I’m clever.’ He was smiling until he wanted to get out, and then he became unhappy.”
And he got in there SO fast! Like before the grandmother could blink type fast!
Here’s what Diane said:
“All I could see was his feet. He had already crawled in. I grabbed his feet and he kicked my hand and got in. Climbed up over the glass partition and sat down in the toys.”
When Diane realized the tenuous situation her grandson was in – she called the fire department to come help her out!
She said:
“My biggest fear was that he was going to climb back over and try to get back out. The plastic they had that held the toys in is cracked and broken in several places. I was afraid he was going to try to climb over and get hurt.”
Luckily the fire department was able to get Colin out of there in only a few minutes, and they even gave him a toy!
