And as we’ve learned, Katie Holmes‘ legal team is a force of nature!
So just because rumors and leaks are getting through the cracks, that doesn’t mean anyone’s confirming anything regarding the divorce settlement between Katie and Tom Cruise.
In fact, it looks like they’re pushing hard to make us all think NONE of the details we know are true! (Ha!)
According to lawyer Jonathan Wolfe:
“There are numerous inaccuracies in the reports regarding the purported contents of the agreement reached between the parties. The agreement is confidential and its terms will not be disclosed.”
Hmm… so does this mean Katie didn’t get full custody of Suri? Or that Tom just doesn’t have to be watched by a bodyguard when he visits her??
Because everything we’ve heard regarding the settlement sounds like Katie won this one like a champ! But hey, if Tom got some bones thrown his way, then so be it!
