Tom Cruise may be conceding to the demands that Katie Holmes made per their divorce settlement, but he is NOT going to be that easy when it comes to what the media is reporting about him!
As we’ve reported, the actor has already threatened legal action against The National Enquirer for reporting that he kept his daughter, Suri, locked in a windowless room. Now, he’s had his lawyer, Bert Fields, do the exact same for Life & Style, which ran a headlining story that the child has been abandoned by her father!
According to the attorney:
“That, as anyone knows who saw their photos together yesterday and today, is a disgusting, vicious lie. Until this week, Tom was shooting a film on location, but he spoke to Suri every day. He’s with Suri right now; and he was with her the day before Life & Style trumpeted their cruelly false accusation. Tom dearly loves Suri and the last thing he would ever do is abandoned her.”
Yeah! No shiz!
We’ve never had a doubt in our mind that he doesn’t love that child!
If he’s abandoned anything, it’s the LOGIC that one needs to properly raise her to be a well-adjusted, happy, and educated little lady!
Which is why we’re so relieved that Katie has taken the reigns!
Here’s hoping that Suri can be shielded from all of this insanity in the press and in the legal matters of this split!
Sadly, she has the most to lose from this all!
