It seems that Tom originally tried out against Chris Hemsworth for the role of Thor!

Not only that, but when he did his screen tests he wore the blonde Thor wig (above) AND showed off his ripped bod!
Even though Tom will always be Loki to us, ch-ch-check out the HAWT actor auditioning (shirtless) as Thor…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Can U believe that?!?!
Though he did an AH-MAZE job as Thor, we totally agree that Tom is DEF Loki!
