Let’s face it. The Marvel Studios movies may be the most reliable blockbuster franchise of all time, but the TV shows have been mostly misses.
Thanks to questionable creative directions *cough*IronFist*cough* and paltry production values *cough*Inhumans*coughcoughcough* the MCU isn’t exactly ruling the small screen like they are the box office.
Well, Disney is ready to change all that.

The Disney streaming service is looking more legit by the day — not only will it have all the Marvel AND Disney movies, they’ve already sunk billions into buying 20th Century Fox properties. Not to mention newly announced Star Wars and High School Musical TV shows.
And now, according to a new report in Variety, they’re going to bring the cache of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to their original content.
Per inside sources, the service will be home to multiple TV series spinoffs under the creative hand of MCU mastermind Kevin Feige.
We’re even hearing these shows will have a cinematic budget — which will help pay for the actual film stars. Apparently Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen are likely the first to get there own shows.
Loki and Scarlet Witch are hugely popular characters, but maybe not enough for their own movies — sounds perfect for this!
We are seriously excited!
