As we reported, Tommy Ford was hospitalized on Sunday after an aneurysm ruptured in his abdomen — and now the Martin actor’s fight for his life has ended as he’s passed away at the age of 52.

TMZ reports the beloved actor was surrounded by family and friends in his Atlanta hospital room as the decision was made for The Parkers star to be taken off life support.
