Earlier this month we were able to share the happy news that Tori Spelling and her monster mother Candy Spelling were slowly trying to mend their relationship.
The two reportedly started talking again back in September while they were both in the hospital, Tori for stomach issues and Candy for back surgery.
And all went well as Candy was finally able to meet her 18-month-old granddaughter Stella.
No word on how Tori’s hubby, Dean McDermott, felt about the whole situation. Though he’s never seemed to be much of a Candy fan.
But last night at the ABC Family’s World Record Elf Party in New York City, Dean opened up.
Says McDermott, “They have been in communications. Candy has seen the kids, which is what this is all about.”
And then added, “We are keeping all this private like it should be.”
That’s a first!
