Well it doesn’t look like Tori Spelling ever took action regarding those credit card lawsuits as the 43-year-old just suffered a $39K loss against American Express.
TMZ reports the actress has been ordered to immediately settle her full past due balance of $37,981.97 with the company, plus an additional $855 in court costs.

Welp, we guess Miz Spelling was lying through her teeth when she claimed, “we’re not bankrupt, we’re not struggling, we’re fine!” after being sued by the banking company back in January.
Hmm.
We guess only time will tell if this outstanding bill gets paid!
