We’re SOOO happy that Tracy Morgan has FINALLY been released from the hospital!
So, the next logical step in his recovery process is to finally get some justice!
Which is why the 30 Rock star has banded together with the other victims and officially filed a lawsuit against Walmart for their ‘careless and negligent’ ownership of the vehicle.
In case you forgot, the driver during the accident, which caused one death and several people to sustain severe injuries including Tracy’s, was a Walmart truck driver who had been driving for too long.
The suit alleges:
‘Walmart was careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle. [Walmart] had a custom and practice of recklessly and intentionally allowing its drivers to drive for prolonged and unreasonable periods of time.
…Mr. Morgan was caused to sustain severe painful bodily injuries, including but not limited to multiple fractures which required multiple surgeries, extensive medical treatment, and will require significant physical rehabilitation.’
WOW! Harsh but true words for Walmart!
Let’s hope that they cooperate with Tracy and the other victims lawyers!
Justice needs to be served!
