Poor girl! Freak accidents like this just shouldn’t happen.
A rep for the Indiana Occupation Safety and Health Administration has announced to sources that after a thorough investigation into the accident that left poor Transformers extra Gabriella Cedillo paralyzed, they have determined that the producers “operated by the book” and that the fatal stunt was a “unfortunate and unforeseeable accident.”
Authorities have concluded that the tow cable snapped and slice open the young woman’s skull ” “due to the failure of a weld connecting a car to a cable. The weld was made by a certified welder and all necessary safety precautions were in place.”
A lot of good that information does to the poor girl whose left side of her body will never move again.
We can’t imagine the kind of pain she must be going through.
