With all the baby drama surrounding Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker lately, it was only a matter of time before they took it to court.
And that’s just was happened.
Travis filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court requesting a “modification” of his child custody agreement.
With him on tour with Blink 182 for the summer, he wanted to spend more time with the kids than what his legal documents allowed him.
And surprisingly, Moakler and Barker were able to compromise and come to an agreement.
On Monday, Travis’ request to see more of his two kids, 5-year-old Landon and 3-year-old Alabama was approved.
Barker will be on tour through the beginning of October, but at least now he’ll get to spend more time with his babies.
Glad to see Shanna and Travis were able to handle it as adults.
