In his first interview since the tragic plane crash that left him with third degree burns, Travis Barker told E! News, “If something goes wrong that’s not supposed to go wrong or you fall victim of it, I think you should be compensated.”
The drummer has filed a lawsuit over the crash, saying that he “didn’t ask” to be covered in the third degree burns that now prevent him from doing a lot of the things he used to love doing, such as swimming.
DJ AM, however, is not part of the lawsuit, and Barker said he could not speak for him.
But, the lawsuit is not simply about him. Barker said, “I lost two friends in the accident. Nothing can bring them back or what I lost in the accident.”
A lawsuit isn’t going to bring them back either.
