According to TMZ on Friday, Trina Braxton‘s ex-husband, Gabe Solis, has passed away because of cancer. He was 43.

Sources say Solis died on Thursday in Texas, and was surrounded by friends and family.
Gabe and Toni Braxton‘s sister got married in 2003 but divorced in 2015. Their marital problems were documented on the reality TV show, Braxton Family Values.
The two were even featured on an episode of Iyanla: Fix My Life earlier this year.
