
We would never suggest this type of diet, but if it worked for Trista Sutter, then hey, more power to her!!
The Bachelor and Bachelorette star had TWO babies with her hubby, Ryan Sutter, but after she put on some baby weight, she knew she had to do something to get rid of it.
So instead of watching what she ate to drop her pounds, she did this…

I have a smoothie in the morning and then a sandwich in the afternoon with fruit. I’ll eat a snack bar in the afternoon, then for dinner we usually have pasta. Ryan’s really big on trying to get more vegetables in our diet. It’s all about portion control and not denying your urges.”
However, even though she takes supplements and eats whatever the heck she wants, Trista still does exercise and even admitted that she likes to challenge her muscles.
Our only problem with her diet is that it doesn’t seem very healthy, and it’s been proven that Ab Cuts has even made some people GAIN weight!
But who knows! Everyone is different!!
