It may be the hottest show on cable, but HBO is trying to capitalize on the success of True Blood by selling reruns to commercial cable networks.
Considering 12 million viewers tune in to watch every week, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem – except maybe for the gruesome and sexy content!
HBO is hoping to sell each episode for $800,000. And that is a hell of a lot of money to have them cut out all the juicy parts!
