MTV is known for pushing the envelope when it comes to their real life storytelling, but their latest endeavor may be their most controversial yet.
While True Life has tackled taboo subjects like sex working, body modifications, and even polygamy, the newest episode is all about having sex with your cousins.

But not just being in a relationship with a close family member… the latest installment in the docu-series is actually called I Had My Cousin’s Baby!
The hour-long special will follow two sets of cousins as they try to manage pregnancy while dealing with the disapproval of their families.
