TV Cameras Caught THIS Yankees Fan Sleeping In The Stands During A Game! Now He’s Suing MLB & ESPN For How Many Millions?? Watch HERE!

Some try and catch a foul ball when they go to a baseball game.
This dude though just wanted to catch some Zzzs!
That right there is Andrew Robert Rector, a Yankees fan from the New York area, who somehow managed to sleep during his team’s game against arch rivals the Boston Red Sox!
The game was being broadcast on ESPN and camera crews caught Rector snoozing in the stands and aired his 4th inning nap nationwide!
He must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed stadium though because Mr. Rector is NOT laughing at this!
Not only is he not cool with the cable network showing him sleeping in his seat, he’s now suing ESPN and Major League Baseball for $10 million dollars!
Rector feels that he was humiliated that night and felt personally attacked by commentators Dan Shulman and John Kruck! He stated in his lawsuit:

“[They] unleashed an avalanche of disparaging words against [me.] These words, include but not limited to, “stupor, fatty, unintelligent, stupid,” knowing and intending the same to be heard and listened to by millions of people all over the world.”

Well, watch the clip above and see for yourself. We think Rector may have been dreaming (well, we know that he was) because neither Shulman nor Kruck used any of those words while describing Rector!
Also, if you don├óΓé¼Γäót want to be on TV, you shouldn├óΓé¼Γäót go to a baseball game to begin with! And you certainly shouldn’t fall asleep an hour into the game!
You can read Rector’s entire suit (much of which is full of grammatical and spelling errors) below!
Our advice for you dude: wake up! This suit is more bogus than A-Rod’s batting average!
