As expected, Twi-Hards stormed retailers this past weekend for the release of Breaking Dawn Part I.
Between Saturday and Sunday nearly 3.2 million DVDs and Blu-Rays were purchased, making it the third best-selling Twilight Saga DVD in its first weekend.
In addition to hard copies, more than 50,000 digital copies of Breaking Dawn were purchased and the film was rented nearly 80,000 times via Pay-Per-View and other on-demand video rental services.
